Dev S. Vijayan

Dev S. Vijayan is an accomplished professional in quantitative modeling and analytics, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head at TD Securities since January 2024. Prior experience includes a position as Managing Director and Global Head of the Core Quants Group at RBC Capital Markets from April 2017 to July 2023, and a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley from January 1997 to April 2017 as Global Head of Bank Resource Management Strategies and XVA Quants. Dev S. Vijayan also led a NASA-funded multidisciplinary research program in Fault-Tolerant Robotics as Group Leader at the Robotics Research Group at the University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1996. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Robotics from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
