Laura Beard

Laura Beard, CPA, currently serves as Vice President at TD Securities since March 2023, having previously held the position of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this role, Laura was a Realtor Associate at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from March 2021 to April 2023. Laura's extensive experience in accounting includes serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Cowen Inc. from November 2009 to March 2023, Director of Financial Reporting at Ramius LLC from April 2007 to November 2009, and Audit Manager at Rothstein Kass from June 2003 to June 2007. Earlier in Laura's career, a position as Senior Auditor was held at CohnReznick LLP from November 1999 to June 2003. Laura Beard holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University Silberman College of Business.
