Pradeep Mehra

Pradeep Mehra is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate credit and high-yield trading. Since December 2015, Pradeep has served as Managing Director for US Corporate Credit at TD Securities, following an impressive tenure from August 1997 to December 2015 where multiple leadership roles were held, including Managing Director for High-Yield Trading & Research and Director for Prop Distressed Debt. Pradeep's background includes significant expertise in credit restructuring, particularly in complex situations involving Chapter 11 bankruptcies, as well as in media and communications finance, focusing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. Pradeep completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Business at Loyola College and attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for further studies.
