Robert Shih is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative research and operational mathematics. Currently serving as Director and Vice President at TD Securities, Robert has previously held the position of VP in Quantitative Research at J.P. Morgan and worked as a Rates Quant at Freddie Mac. Robert holds a PhD in Operations Research-Mathematics from North Carolina State University, earned between 2007 and 2011, and a BA in Mathematics from Chung Yuan Christian University.
