Scott Hague

Scott Hague currently serves as the Head of Global Leveraged Finance & Private Credit and Head of Global Private Credit at TD Securities since April 2024. Previously, Scott held the position of Managing Director and Head of DCM/Private Capital Solutions at Cowen Inc. from December 2018 to April 2024, and prior to that, was the Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets at Stifel Financial Corp. from August 2009 to December 2018. Scott also worked as a Managing Director at Cognis Capital focusing on restructuring from May 2008 to August 2009, and was involved in Leveraged Finance / High Yield Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to May 2008. Scott Hague earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in 1996.
