Timothy Lee

Timothy Lee, CPA, CA, CFA, MFin, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate banking and assurance. Currently serving as Vice President at TD Securities since July 2022, Timothy specializes in financial sponsors within the Corporate Banking sector. Previously, at BMO from November 2020 to July 2022, Timothy underwrote substantial bank debt for public sector entities, structured financing solutions, and conducted annual credit reviews for over 50 borrowers. With earlier roles at Lippo Group and PwC, Timothy gained expertise in financial reporting, audit processes, and financial analysis in diverse sectors. Timothy holds a Master of Finance from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
