Tracy Win is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and counterparty credit analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director at TD Securities since January 2023, Tracy leads the Global Markets Credit division and co-heads the Global Financial Institutions, Insurance, Metals & Specialty sectors. Tracy's tenure at TD Securities began in 2006, where roles progressed from Senior Analyst to Director, overseeing a portfolio of over 250 financial institutions and providing critical analysis and support for risk management. Prior to TD Securities, Tracy held positions at Mizuho Securities as an Analyst in the Counterparty Credit division and at John Deere Financial as a Credit Analyst. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
