Violeta Nusinoff

Violeta (Peczulis) Nusinoff is a seasoned professional in investment banking with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President at TD Securities since 2020, Violeta also contributes as a Board Director for the Lithuanian Canadian Foundation and previously held a similar position at RCU Credit Union - Resurrection Credit Union Ltd. from 2017 to 2020. Violeta's prior experience includes senior management roles at Freshii and Restaurant Brands International, as well as investment banking positions at RBC Capital Markets. Violeta holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BCom in Finance & Economics and Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
