Dara McLean

Dara McLean, Ph.D., is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as VP Global Finance Strategic Planning at TD SYNNEX, Dara oversees finance strategy and successfully guided the organization through significant ownership transitions. Prior roles include leadership positions in global finance at Tech Data, where strategic alignment and team effectiveness were key focuses, and visiting professorship in Innovation and Change Management at ISEG Group, among others. Dara's career spans management roles at major companies, including HSBC and The Walt Disney Company, and educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The International School of Management, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University.
