Derek Woods

Derek Woods is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management analysis. Currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at TDB Communications, Inc. since June 2023, Derek previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist with the United States Air Force from August 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included recruiting enlisted personnel and supervising a small team. Earlier in Derek's career, from May 2014 to May 2019, a role as Management Analyst involved training on Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to improve efficiency, as well as providing management analysis across a large number of Intel positions. Derek holds a Master of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University, along with two Associate degrees in Human Resources Management and Management Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force.
