Aktheka Mak

Aktheka Mak currently serves as a Product Data Operation Community Operations Specialist at TDCX, focusing on the Khmer and Thai markets since November 2018. In this role, Aktheka collaborates with an international team to support a leading social media platform by ensuring the safety of online communities and addressing user inquiries with efficiency and empathy. Previously, Aktheka held positions as Operations Manager at ReanPheasathai, Activation Executive at Draft Advertising Cambodia, Sales Executive at KDR Technology, and Office Assistant at Youth Star Cambodia Organization. Aktheka holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from SETEC University, completed in 2011.
