Eliza A. has held various leadership positions in the business strategy and operations field. Eliza started their career as a Senior Operations Manager at Convergys in 2006, eventually working their way up to Director-level roles at Sutherland Global Service Limited, Transcom, and TELUS International Philippines. Currently, they serve as the Vice President for Business Strategy at TDCX since November 2020. Their experience spans over a decade, showcasing their expertise in managing client services, service delivery, and operations.

Eliza A. graduated from Miriam College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Eliza has since obtained various certifications in subjects like sustainability reporting, innovation, diversity, and leadership between 2021 and 2022 from institutions such as Global Reporting Initiative, LinkedIn, and COPC Inc.
