Jay Atotubo

Jay Atotubo has a comprehensive work experience in the BPO industry, starting as a Technical Support Representative at TeleTech Philippines in 2004. Jay progressed to various roles within the organization, including Operations Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, Operations Manager, and finally, Senior Operations Manager. In 2015, they joined Transcom as an Operations Director before moving on to TDCX in 2016. At TDCX, they held positions such as Account Director, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Business Excellence.

Jay Atotubo completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Asia and the Pacific from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to leadership, management, and personal development from institutions such as COPC Inc. and LinkedIn between 2020 and 2022.
