Johan Jamal is currently the Regional Lead of Technical Operations at TDCX, overseeing commercial projects across APAC, Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, Johan served as the Manager of Regional Operations at Lazada, leading payment platform operations and enhancing customer relationships across multiple Southeast Asian countries. They have also held significant roles at Shopee, where they transformed the customer experience across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Johan began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Starwood Hotels & Resorts worldwide and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Management and Science University.
