Kim Manapat

Kim Manapat has a history of working in the business process outsourcing industry, with experience as a Senior Workforce and Reporting Analyst at Acquire BPO from 2007 to 2021. Following this, Kim held the position of Senior Team Lead at Sitel Group from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Kim serves as the Business Insights Lead at TDCX starting in November 2022.

Kim Manapat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2005. In 2022, they received several certifications from TDCX, including BLD: FAST - Coach, BLD: FAST - Lead, BLD: FAST - Resolve, BLD: L&D - New Leader Journey, and BLD: People - ENABLE: People Managers Certification Program.
