Maryanne Richard has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, starting as a Human Resource Executive at Talent2 in 2013. Maryanne then moved on to roles such as Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Head of Talent Acquisition at various companies like Capita Global, Genpact, foodpanda, TMF Group, and TDCX. Their responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, building relationships with clients, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Their expertise in understanding client needs and talent market trends contributed to their success in achieving recruitment targets and building strong teams.

Maryanne Richard completed their Grade 8 certification from ABRSM. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investment from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology in 2013. In 2019, they received a Certificate of Completion in Predicting the Future of Work from Bosco Training Institute.
