Sujitirra Arumugam

Sujitirra Arumugam has a diverse work experience starting as a Customer Service Executive at Hong Leong Bank Berhad in 2016. Sujitirra then moved on to work as a Content Executive at foodpanda in 2018. Following this, they joined Greenpeace Southeast Asia in 2019, where they served as a Team Lead. In 2021, they transitioned to Shell as an IM Advisor, focusing on HR operations in Brunei, Russia, and Oman. Currently, they are with TDCX since 2022, where they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Expert, with a subsequent promotion to Talent Acquisition Team Lead in 2023.

Sujitirra Arumugam earned a Bachelor of Environmental Health from City University of Science and Information Technology in 2008. Sujitirra later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Asia e University, completing their degree in 2022.
