Trakal Bunraxs

Trakal Bunraxs is a Senior Inside Sale Specialist at TDCX since March 2024, responsible for user interaction and representing the company in implementation-related queries for Startup and SMB clients. Prior to this role, Trakal served as a Knowledge Associate at Capvision (August 2022 - March 2024), where responsibilities included project execution, relationship maintenance with experts, and industry information accumulation. Trakal also worked as an E-commerce Platform Business Manager at Webhelp (May 2021 - July 2022), focusing on the HP online presence in Thailand, and as a Senior Technical Advisor at Conduent (March 2017 - March 2021), providing technical support for hardware and software. Trakal holds a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (2013 - 2016).
