Yin Long

Yin Long has a strong background in data science and solutions architecture. They started their career at the National University of Singapore as a Research Engineer and then moved to roles at OCBC Bank as a Business Analyst and IBM as a Data Scientist. They later joined Alibaba Cloud, where they served as a Solutions Architect and Senior Solutions Architect. Currently, Yin Long holds the position of Global Data Science & Solutions Director at TDCX.

Yin Long completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2007. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2012, Yin pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the National University of Singapore.
