Jeri Bernardo

Jeri Bernardo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeri started their career in 1995 as an Admin Officer/Executive Assistant/TQM Officer at Transnational Diversified Group, where they worked until 2001. During their time there, they gained experience in administrative and quality management roles.

In 2001, Jeri joined DHL Worldwide Philippines as a Training Executive for a brief period before moving on to ACF Consultancy and Training Services in 2002. At ACF, they served as an Associate Consultant, providing consulting services in the areas of ISO 9001 and related standards.

In 2003, Jeri joined ABS-CBN Corporation as a HR Systems - Team Lead, where they worked for 12 years until 2015. Their role involved leading a team and managing HR systems.

From 2015 to 2017, Jeri worked as a Consultant in HR-Organization Development at Learning and Performance Partners Inc., gaining expertise in organization development.

In 2017, Jeri joined Transnational Diversified Group again, this time as the Head of Organization Development. Their responsibilities included implementing organization development programs and providing consultancy services to member companies. Jeri also played a key role in implementing succession management and leadership/ executive development programs.

Throughout their career, Jeri has demonstrated expertise in organization development, project management, and HR strategies.

Jeri Bernardo started their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Philippine Christian University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. After completing their undergraduate degree, they continued their education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University. This period of study lasted from 2000 to 2002.

Apart from their formal education, Jeri Bernardo also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills. In May 2020, they completed the "Learning Zoom" certification offered by LinkedIn. Jeri also obtained the "Remote Work Foundations" certification from the same institution during the same month and year.
