Catarina Gama Martins

Catarina Gama Martins is an experienced Facilities Manager currently overseeing operations for the Johnson & Johnson PT Account at TDGI, S.A. since July 2018. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and SLAs, conducting governance meetings with clients, and defining annual budgets while proposing savings initiatives. Prior to this role, Catarina served as the Head of the Technical and Communication Department at Sogeu Condomínios from May 2008 to March 2018, where responsibilities involved contractor negotiation, service management for over 120 residential buildings in Lisbon, and team management.
