Justin Sauber

Justin Sauber serves as the Chief Executive Officer at TDI, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, since January 2023. Previously, Justin held various senior leadership roles at Bechtel National Inc, including Principal Vice President and Manager of the Firm-Fixed-Price Center of Excellence and overseeing multiple estimating and LNG project management positions. With extensive experience in project controls, Justin managed significant coal-fired power projects at Bechtel Power Corporation, showcasing skills in leadership and team coordination. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Justin has a strong background in engineering and project management across various sectors.
