Afolabi Olagoke

Afolabi Olagoke has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as Head of Technical Department at Triumphant Assembly Church. In 2005, they took on the role of Mechanical Engineer at CAT Construction Nigeria, where they supervised mechanical equipment and installations. In 2007, they moved to Foodlion as an Assistant Customer Service Manager. In 2008, they joined the US Navy as a Boatswain mate. From 2015 to 2016, they were an IT Specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2016, they began working as a Cybersecurity Engineering Scientist at By Light Professional IT Services, where they supported RTD & E & NMCI networks and maintained LAN and WAN networks. In 2017, they took on the role of Cybersecurity Network Engineer (Associate) at SAIC. In 2018, they worked as a Cybersecurity Systems Administrator/Analyst at STF and a Cybersecurity Network Administrator/Engineer at ManTech. Currently, Afolabi Olagoke is a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Support Lead and a Cybersecurity Operations Support Tech at TDI (Tetrad Digital Integrity).

Afolabi Olagoke has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Science from ECPI University, obtained between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin between 1997 and 2003. Afolabi also attended ECPI University Virginia Beach. Afolabi has obtained several certifications, including a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in 2022, (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) from (ISC)2 in 2021, CASP from CompTIA in 2017, Security+ from CompTIA in 2015, EPA Universal Certification from Esco Institute in 2010, HVAC1 from New Horizon Regional Education Center(NHREC) in 2009, CSCP CompTIA Secure Cloud Professional from CompTIA in 2018, CCNA from Cisco in 2015, CompTIA Cloud+ from CompTIA in 2015, and a Project Management Certification from Expert rating certified professionals.
