Ellen Bartola

Ellen Bartola has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. From 1995 to 2002, they held the role of Project Manager at Acton Burnell, a company which was later acquired by CACI in 2002. At CACI, they served as a Program Manager, with responsibilities for technical management, financial management, and schedule management for various projects. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Suntiva, including Director of Operations and PMO Support and Director/Senior Executive Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for developing and deploying key components of Suntiva's business infrastructure, which led to 40% corporate revenue growth. In 2021, they joined LMI as a Principal Consultant and Capture Manager for market level opportunities valued at $100M+. Currently, they are the Business Operations Senior Director at TDI (Tetrad Digital Integrity), where they are responsible for developing and implementing a scalable, cross-functional performance management and quality management program.

Ellen Bartola obtained their MBA from Strayer University in 2004, having studied Business. Ellen also holds a BA in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, which they obtained in 1990. In 2010, they became a Project Management Professional, certified by the Project Management Institute.
