Tyler Barton

Tyler Barton is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service management and project leadership, currently serving as the ITSM Lead at TDIndustries, Inc. since April 2025. Prior to this role, Tyler spent nearly eight years at Forward Air Corporation, where as a ServiceNow Project Manager and Product Owner, significant contributions were made to the company’s digital transformation by consolidating applications onto the ServiceNow platform. Earlier positions include IT Project Manager, Network Engineer, and Technical Support Analyst, which collectively fostered expertise in IT infrastructure, network systems, and customer support. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Associate Degree in System Administration from Tyler Junior College.
