Michael Woods

Michael Woods serves as the President and COO of TDJREV, LLC, beginning in January 2024, focusing on using real estate to foster positive community engagement and sustainable impact. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Development Manager at Devco Residential Group from December 2022 to January 2024 and Principal-Director of Development at Vie Development LLC from January 2018 to August 2022, where leadership in the development of multifamily and student housing projects was emphasized. Previously, as CEO of Woods Development Group, LLC from January 2011 to December 2017, comprehensive oversight of development processes was provided. Additional significant experience includes positions at Moody Nolan, Inc., Module, LTD., NBBJ Design, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Burgess & Niple, contributing expertise in architecture and project design throughout a career spanning over 25 years. Michael Woods holds a JD from Capital University Law School, an MBA from Capital University, and a B.S. in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
