Isidoro da Silva

Isidoro da Silva has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Tecnico Especializado at TDM since December 2013. Prior to this role, Isidoro was a PCA at Isidoro da Silva from February 2008 to July 2013 and held the position of Secretário Executivo at the Associação dos Reguladores de ICT's da Africa Austral - CRASA from September 2005 to February 2008. Isidoro holds a Master of Science in Management, Planning, and Operation in Telecommunication from the University of Coventry, UK, completed in 1996.
