Jayesh Makvana

Jayesh Makvana currently serves as the Deputy Production Manager at TDS Lithium-Ion Battery Gujarat Private Limited, contributing to India's first lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant established in collaboration with TOSHIBA Corporation, DENSO Corporation, and Suzuki Motor Corporation since July 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Value Stream Manager at RAICAM Automotive Private Limited from April 2019 to July 2021, as well as serving as Manufacturing Team Lead at Schaeffler from January 2006 to April 2019, focusing on shop floor management and lean manufacturing in the auto-ancillary sector. Jayesh Makvana began the professional journey as a QA Inspector at Molex in 2005, following the completion of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Government Polytechnic College, Dahod from 2002 to 2005.
