Becky Gardner

Becky Gardner, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and benefits communications, currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst - Communications at TDS® since July 2018. In this role, Becky ensures effective communication of enterprise-wide benefit plans to employees and associates, overseeing the execution of the communications strategy in collaboration with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager positions at ACD Distribution, LLC, where Becky modernized HR practices for a rapidly growing company, and Palmer Johnson Power Systems, contributing to the strategic vision for a multi-site manufacturing organization. Additionally, Becky served as Conference Benefits Officer for the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church, managing employee benefits and conducting workshops for leaders. Becky earned a BBA in Business and Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business.
