Matthew Dolezel

Matthew Dolezel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounts payable, revenue assurance, internal controls, and audit management. Currently serving as the Manager of Shared Services at TDS® since May 2020, Matthew leads strategic functions aimed at enhancing automation and efficiency within Accounts Payable and Cash Accounting. Previous roles at TDS® include Associate Manager focused on internal controls and revenue assurance, Senior Internal Auditor, and positions in payroll coordination. Matthew has a solid educational background with an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by foundational studies in accounting at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Throughout Matthew's career, a strong emphasis on process improvement, operational effectiveness, and technological optimization has been evident.
