Sarah McGhie (nee Greensmith)

Sarah McGhie (nee Greensmith) has a strong background in debt recovery and litigation enforcement. Sarah began their career at Eversheds in 1995, where they managed the East Midlands debt recovery team and handled the firm's largest debt recovery client, a well-known credit card company. In 2000, they joined Browne Jacobson LLP as a Debt Recovery Group Manager, where they successfully managed a team of 5, achieved targets, and brought in new clients, including a large telecommunications company. In 2009, they joined PCJ Solicitors Limited as a Debt Recoveries Manager, where they worked until 2014. Most recently, they have been employed at TDX Group, starting in 2015 as a Senior DCA Manager and transitioning to the role of Head of Litigation and Enforcement in July 2022.
