Scott Cracknell has experience working in various roles within the third party Conduct and Oversight team at TDX Group. As a Third Party Supplier Conduct and Oversight Lead Auditor, Scott conducts onsite audits with suppliers to assess potential risks to the business or clients. Scott also collaborates with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external clients to remediate any identified risks. In addition, Scott identifies and implements process improvements to enhance team performance and add value to the work they do. Prior to their role at TDX Group, Scott worked as a Call Center Representative at Domestic & General, where Scott gained experience in sales, customer service, and call auditing.
