Christian Pellon is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and global R&D. They served as the Senior Global Director of Engineering at Sensata Technologies from 2014 to 2019, managing teams of over 200 and overseeing design engineering for a $750M business unit. Since 2024, Christian has held the position of CTO and Vice President of Engineering for the Energy Business Unit at TE Connectivity, after previously serving in the same role for the Appliances Business Unit. Christian earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
