Frank Furman

Frank Furman is currently the Director of Corporate Strategy at TE Connectivity. They co-founded and served as Chief Growth Officer at PadSplit from 2018 to 2022, focusing on innovative solutions for the affordable housing market. Prior to that, Frank was a Portfolio Manager for R&D Investments at the Office of Naval Research between 2012 and 2014 and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2017. Frank also has a background as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2014, where they held various leadership positions. They earned a Master of Science in Applied Physics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
