Frederic Delaveau

Frederic Delaveau is a seasoned professional in strategic sourcing and purchasing management with extensive experience in the automotive and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager for TE Connectivity since February 2022, Frederic leads the sourcing team for TE Connectivity Energy Americas, focusing on supply base development to support both traditional and renewable energy growth. Previously, Frederic held key roles at Automotive Lighting, including Senior Direct Material Purchasing Manager for the NAFTA region, managing substantial direct material expenditures across multiple sites. Frederic's career also includes significant positions at Magneti Marelli as Senior NAFTA Purchasing Manager and earlier roles at Automotive Lighting as Purchasing Manager and Commodity Coordinator. Frederic began the professional journey at Valeo in QCD Purchasing Development. Frederic holds a Master's degree in International Purchasing Management from emlyon business school and an undergraduate degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
