Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen is an accomplished HR and operations executive with extensive experience in human resources and administrative management. Currently serving as the Vice General Manager of Operations at 迈为技术（珠海）有限公司 since May 2022, Jacky also holds a position as Senior HR Manager at TE Connectivity, overseeing full HR functions and administration since May 2016. Previously, Jacky worked as HR AVP at Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd., focusing on various HR responsibilities from talent acquisition to total rewards from March 2014 to April 2016. Earlier in the career, Jacky served as HR Director at Flextronics for nearly thirteen years, where strategic HR policies and employee development were key responsibilities. Jacky holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jinan University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
