Kowalski Jaroslaw

Kowalski Jaroslaw has extensive experience in plant engineering and automation, currently serving as the acting Plant Engineering Manager at TE Connectivity since July 2004. Previously, Kowalski held roles as Automation and Machine Development Manager, Project Manager, New Machine Development Supervisor, and Project Engineer, leading initiatives in factory automation strategy, supervising new machine development projects, and enhancing production systems at the Bydgoszcz plant. Prior experience includes working as an Embedded Software Engineer at Micro Devices, focusing on embedded applications and electronic control systems. Kowalski holds a Master's degree in Robotics and Automation from Poznan University of Technology, along with additional educational qualifications from Warsaw University of Technology and Uniwersytet WSB Merito Toruń, and an electronics technician degree from Electronics Tech. High School Bydgoszcz.
