Magdalena Hebda

Magdalena Hebda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process management and team leadership. Currently serving as Global Process Owner at TE Connectivity since September 2019, Magdalena focuses on optimizing operations within the organization. Previously, during tenure at Heineken Global Shared Services from September 2013 to August 2020, Magdalena held the position of PtP Manager, overseeing a team of over 60 individuals and managing processes across 15 various OpCo’s. Responsibilities included standardizing and simplifying processes, improving compliance and internal controls, and fostering efficient collaboration with Global Business Operations teams. Magdalena's career began at Capgemini as a Senior Team Lead from November 2001 to September 2013, following the completion of a Magister (Mgr) degree in Nieruchomości from Krakow University of Economics between 1996 and 2001.
