Mike MacIek Zielinski

Mike Maciek Zielinski is an experienced Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager at TE Connectivity since September 2014, overseeing significant process improvements and NPI preparation, while leading projects that achieve substantial annual savings. Prior roles include serving as LEAN Leader for the TE Operational Advantage Programme, as well as Lean Projects Leader at Dalehead Foods, where a TWI implementation roadmap was created. Mike's expertise extends to operational excellence in pharmaceutical packaging at Albéa Group, improvement initiatives using Lean-Six Sigma at Chesapeake Corp, and business consultancy at the University of Hertfordshire. Earlier career roles included Logistics Projects Manager at DW Windsor Lighting and Technical Manager Quality at Winterwood Farms Ltd. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology.
