Oleg Tkachenko

Oleg Tkachenko serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at TE Connectivity since September 2021, focusing on developing organic and inorganic growth strategies and integrated product roadmaps. Prior roles include Thermo King Service Excellence and Strategy Leader at Trane Technologies, where Oleg led service offering development and strategic planning, and Director of Corporate Strategy at Ingersoll Rand, managing strategic planning and M&A activities for multiple business units. Oleg's extensive experience also includes strategic roles at Dell and The Boston Consulting Group, as well as founding Bridge2Ukraine, providing commercial consulting services. Oleg holds an MBA from Duke University, a Master’s degree in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Denver, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Oleg's educational background includes degrees in Finance and languages, along with various management and training certifications.
