Thomas J. Schoepf

Thomas J. Schoepf serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for both the Industrial and Energy Business Units at TE Connectivity since January 2021. Previously, Thomas held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Board Member at DEHN SE + Co KG from September 2017 to January 2021, and directed R&D at Belden Deutschland GmbH from October 2014 to August 2017. Thomas had a significant tenure at Eaton from October 2006 to October 2014, contributing as Director of Research & Technology and Senior Manager of Engineering Technologies, overseeing global teams in innovative power management solutions. Earlier roles include R&D Laboratory Manager at Delphi Mechatronic Systems and Chief Scientist at Delphi Research Labs, where advancements in electrical contacts technologies were a focal point. Thomas began a career in material engineering with Siemens Electromechanical Components and earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien.
