Thomas Medina

Thomas Medina is a seasoned professional in the medical technology field, currently retired after a distinguished career at TE Connectivity that began in August 2005. As a Senior Manager in R&D Engineering, Thomas led portfolio expansion and strategic development initiatives in imaging and interconnect solutions for medical applications. Thomas's previous roles included directing advanced development engineering and product R&D initiatives, as well as leading the establishment of a global product engineering structure within a newly created medical division. Prior to TE Connectivity, Thomas held various engineering and management positions at Tyco Electronics and Applied Magnetics, where responsibilities included managing P&L, assessing market drivers, and developing manufacturing processes. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1982.
