Will Giancola

Will Giancola is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at TE Connectivity since June 2022, Will previously held the position of Engineering Director of Thermal Engineering at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC from October 2018 to June 2022, where notable achievements included leading new product introductions that exceeded critical quality metrics. At Eaton, from January 2011 to September 2018, Will directed an engineering department of over 50 employees, focusing on product and technology roadmaps and securing more than 10 patents annually. Will's career began at Boeing, where as Thermal Design and Analysis Manager, oversight of 25 engineers led to significant improvements in system life predictions and departmental efficiencies. Will's technical foundation was established through roles as a Thermal Engineer and Thermal & Software Engineer at Boeing and ATA Engineering, respectively. Will holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
