National Manager - Practice at Te Pou

Emma Wood has over 15 years of experience in workforce development and project management within the mental health and addiction sectors in New Zealand. Currently serving as the National Manager of Practice at Te Pou o te Whakaaro Nui since July 2010, Emma has held various roles including Relationship Management Lead and Programme Lead, focusing on building workforce capability based on a national competency framework. Previous roles include National Workforce Manager at Te Pou - Mental Health Programmes Ltd and Regional Project Coordinator at Northern DHB Support Agency, alongside service development and leadership positions at Richmond Fellowship. Emma is an accredited Partnership Broker and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from The University of Auckland.
