Kali Foster

Kali Foster is currently the Group Manager for Organisational Development & Capability at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu. Prior to this role, Kali held the position of Business Partner in Human Resources at the University of Canterbury. Kali's professional journey began as an Intern Psychologist at OPRA Consulting Group Limited, where Kali eventually transitioned into a Consultant Advisor role. Kali holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Massey University, a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Canterbury, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same university.
