Laura Blackler

Laura Blackler is the Group Manager Business Partnering and Employment Relations at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Toi Tangata Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, Laura worked as a People and Culture Business Partner at Ara Institute of Canterbury, where Laura provided fixed term parental leave cover. Laura also has experience as an HR Business Partner and People and Development at Emerge Aotearoa, as well as in People and Organisation Development at Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT). Laura holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Canterbury.
