Deborah Yates

Deborah Yates is currently a School Partnerships Manager at Teach First, a role they began in 2023. They have extensive experience in education, having previously worked as an Assistant Deputy Head at Drayton Manor High School from 2016 to 2020, where they also held several leadership positions, including Head of Faculty and Head of Business and Economics Department.
