Steven Thorpe

Steven Thorpe has a diverse background in recruitment and youth work, evidenced by roles at Ingeus and Youth Fed as NCS Senior Recruiter, where responsibilities included enhancing delivery partner engagement and executing recruitment strategies for the National Citizen Service program. At Teach First, Steven served as a University Recruiter focused on developing recruitment strategies at multiple universities, alongside roles in school partnership management to cultivate relationships that support teacher training. Additional experience includes leading youth initiatives at the Queens Road Neighbourhood Centre and supporting young adults at The Prince's Trust through structured programs. Steven holds a BA (Hons.) in Youth & Community Work from Liverpool John Moores University.
