Adreanna Halliman

Adreanna Halliman is an experienced educator and recruitment professional with a strong background in teaching and talent sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at Teach For America since December 2019, Adreanna has progressed through various roles including Recruitment Manager and 2020 Corps Member, showcasing a commitment to educational equity by teaching in under-resourced public schools while pursuing a Masters of Arts in Teaching. Prior experience includes working as a Middle School Science Teacher at Democracy Prep Public Schools, where lesson plans were developed for over 120 eighth-grade students. Adreanna’s educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in History and Africana Studies from Hunter College and a Graduate Diploma in Biology from the University of Nottingham.
