Alexa Broderick

Alexa Broderick is an experienced leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategy, People & Operations, as well as the Managing Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Teach For America since July 2014. In this role, Alexa has developed comprehensive learning curricula for recruiters, managed teams to design impactful training experiences, and set strategic visions for organizational growth. Additionally, Alexa is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Equity Paradigm, which offers training and consulting services to enhance equity in organizational practices. Previous experience includes roles at Target and Teach For America, along with internships at McKinney. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Elon University, obtained in 2013.
